FOR PERSONAL USE, S4O & S4H USE ONLY.
(Where Scrap4Others is simply making a gift for someone (ie no money changes hands) and Scrap4Hire is creating digital scrapbook pages for paying clients)

--> You may create pages for paying clients (S4H) under the following conditions:

• The finished product is in a flattened .jpg file format.
• Quick Pages are NOT allowed.
• Layered format pages (ie .psd) are NOT allowed.
• They CANNOT be given away as freebies.

YOU MAY NOT SHARE, LOAN OR REDISTRIBUTE ANY/ALL PARTS OF THIS KIT.

You may not use them and re-sell them as your own designs.

YOU MAY:

1. Use the papers and elements included in this kit in your own personal scrapbook pages and card making.
2. Upload a layout or design to an online gallery as long as proper credit is given to Donna Duncombe Designs.
3. Submit for publication a layout, design or product as long as proper credit is given to Donna Duncombe Designs.
4. Upload a layout using my products on your personal blog, Facebook page, or similar. Proper credit in this situation is appreciated, but not required.
5. Use the product to make blogwear FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL BLOG (header, background etc), as long as proper credit is given to Donna Duncombe Designs.
6. May modify the colour or size of the papers and elements to suit your requirements.
7. Make one (1) backup copy.

YOU MAY NOT:

1. Rename my kit and call it your own.
2. Modify and/or rename any of the design elements and call them your own. YOU MAY NOT use any of the graphics in the making of brushes, tubes or patterns and redistribute them in any way.
3. Share this kit by any means including sending files or links to any person, upload files to any site and sharing the link, or compile CD's or DVD's, for the express purpose of sharing. YOU MAY NOT Share these files with ANYONE. They are not to be stored on the internet, via 4shared, yousendit, or any other file storage website. This includes Yahoo, Google or any other file sharing group! This is considered PIRATING and is ILLEGAL.
4. All files are a single user license. Do not transfer ownership to another individual.
5. Do not use any of the images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or any other purpose that is prohibited by law.
6. Use this kit in any commercial web or print design without prior written permission. This includes web sites, blogs (sold as blogwear), Etsy banners, printed documents (brochures, newsletters, invitations, clothing etc). If you are unsure, please contact me at the address below.
