In buying this product, you are entering into an agreement with Winnie Wang (Charlize Creations) to use these items and the previews seen online FOR PERSONAL USE (NON-COMMERCIAL) ONLY.

Do not use them and re-sell them as your own designs.

You agree to follow all instructions within these terms and are limited the way you may use the Content.

You ARE allowed under this agreement the following:

1. YOU MAY Create pages for paying clients. As long as:
   • The finished product is passed on as a flattened or printed version in JPG format.
   • Quick Pages are not acceptable.
   • And not sold as a layered format.
   • Not to be given away as freebies.
2. YOU MAY alter these graphics and use them in your personal scrapbooking, Blog layout & card making/hybrid scrapbooking.
3. YOU May submit layouts or cards that you have made with these graphics to any scrapbook or card making magazine or publication as long as PROPER CREDIT IS GIVEN TO ME. This includes any images you may have altered.
4. YOU MAY Create web graphics (Resolution no higher then 72dpi) And credit must be given to Charlize Creations.

YOU MAY NOT:

1. Offer these items in any other graphics collection, on a website, or individually, either for sale or free
2. create a competing product from them to sell or redistribute, and are not allowed to trade or share this kit.
3. You may not add to or distort, alter or re-colour any graphic and claim them as your own.
4. You may not make any graphics into tubes or brushes and redistribute them in any way.
5. Do not use these images for obscene, defamatory, or immoral works or for any other purpose that is prohibited by law.
6. YOU MAY NOT Use templates or premade pages for publication or call them your own works.

Please credit them as a template or premade page and provide the proper credit to Charlize Creations.

Unauthorized Use:

It is illegal to reproduce or distribute copyrighted material without the permission of the Charlize Creations. Accessing the images and text provided on within this kit does not give you any rights to use them without the permission of the Copyright owner, Charlize Creations.

Crediting the Designer:

Please be sure to credit Charlize Creations, and the kit name along with the store name.

Images are saved as jpeg or png (for transparency) files at 300 dpi.

FROM NOW you MAY use Charlize Creations' products scrap for hire (S4H) as long as the files are flattened (not layered) and must be unique one to another!

Not allowed for any BLOG DESIGNS!
